Kevin has led clients through many types of real estate transactions: residential resale, new construction, custom home building, commercial, and land sales. He also works extensively with out-of-state home buyers by providing high-quality live video tours, detailed descriptions of the different neighborhoods, and a determination to find the perfect home match. As a member of both the InterMountain MLS and Mountain Central MLS, Kevin has the ability to help clients all over this beautiful state with experience in the Treasure Valley, the McCall area, and as far north as Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene. As the owner and manager of a property management business, he has worked successfully with investors and rental owners to purchase and manage income-producing properties in the Boise area.  

Kevin has lived all over the Western United States, but loves that Boise is the place his family has chosen as their forever home! Having been born and raised in Southern California, he empathizes with those looking for a new, beautiful place to put down roots. Kevin graduated from Texas Christian University in 2013 with a major in advertising and public relations, and a minor in communication studies (Go Horned Frogs). After living in Colorado for a couple years and meeting his lovely wife, they made the move to Boise to be closer to family and enjoy the amazing recreational opportunities provided by the state. 

In his free time, Kevin enjoys adventuring with his wife and Australian Shepherd. Whether it’s running on the greenbelt, floating the Boise River, mountain biking in the foothills, or skiing and snowshoeing around McCall, Kevin is most likely to be found enjoying the outdoors in his free time. As a huge music fan, he enjoys both playing and listening to music as well as supporting local bands around town. Kevin also serves as a board member for IICACC (Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Coalition), a volunteer organization focused on teaching children and parents safe online habits and practices.
